So it comes to this Shawn, and please confirm this - Marlena is not the killer? Oh please say it isn't our beloved Marlena....so it's Hattie? Funny how the cast/characters were confused, now that makes just about everyone but the insane writers.

Nope, I didn't see that (Julie & Bonnie). Julie is Doug's Julie, right? And Bonnie is the one who used to play Adrienne, right? Sheesh! It's no wonder we're so confused.

I'll try to watch it all on normal speed today or later tonight. Was the Bonnie/Julie scene on Monday's ep? Because I didn't record yesterday's. I just figured I'd watch one or two every month and get caught up. :wink:

By "go at it," I'm sure you're talking about a catfight and not something new to DOOL watchers. :)

Nope, I don't think I like Nicole. I haven't really gotten used to some of the newer/younger, but now grown up characters. Wasn't Belle just a baby a few years ago?

I wasn't even really a big fan of Sami's until I saw Alison Sweeney on "Fear Factor." She's one of those natural beauties who doesn't need a lot of make-up and fluff to look good. And then I saw certain scenes (kissing -- not the other stuff :eek:) on DOOL and realized just how seductive she could be. WOW!

Mary, like Garrett said, we still don't really know. :) We'll find out in about 46 weeks. :wink:

46 weeks? OMG, can we wait that long? he he Thanks Garrett and Shawn for at least trying. Yes that's Julie's Doug, another character that could not kill anyone. If she's the Julie we once knew. And yes Belle was just a baby a few years ago......what a crazy show DOOL has become!!! But keep trying to figure it all out Shawn, this is fun. I smile at your Days updates. We'd be a real pair watching these eps together. I think we'd have to pause the tape a lot, just to confirm facts with eachother. And even then we'd still be confused. There should be a Days handbook or something....probably is somewhere out there. Or a Horton/Brady family tree.

Garrett - I can't believe we haven't discussed Days since last April! So I thought I'd resurrect your old Days topic. I read posts over at Soapnet.com from time to time. Seems like Jen's labor is going to set an all-time record! I tuned in a few times this summer to see Doc, Roman, Maggie, etc. try to figure this one out in Salem II, or whatever they're calling that place. It was driving me nuts to watch this storyline but like I said all along, it was nice to see that Marlena isn't the killer.

Just bring me up to date if you can. Been curious. And I'm surprised fans have put up with this storyline by now. If I was a faithful viewer still, I know I would have written at least a dozen letters in protest. I realize soap stories move incredibly slowly, but this one has moved at snail's pace (in a coma!)!

PS - Garrett, I just re-read this entire thread. It's a hilarious read. You ask - do you have nothing better to do today Mary? LOL I do have better things to do with my time, but somehow got caught up in all of our posts and trying in vain to figure this whole storyline out. But what I laughed at the most was I called you Tom for a few pages, oops sorry about that GARRETT, LOL and then asked Shawn a question, you replied I'm not Shawn but..... Nice to know you'll answer to almost anything, as long as it's a polite thing Garrett!

I watch it too as well... I guess Im just addicted to stupid story lines.. who knows... I think that Jennifer always seems to be stuck on the side of a cliff or something, and I dont think she is EVER going to have that baby... That show just gets stupider and stupider, but I am still a fan...

p.s is stupider even a word? lol

As far as DAYS is concerned... I haven't watched as much lately, but I do know that someone "made" this island and set the whole thing up. I don't think it is Stefano either.

Oh, and by the way, look for some people to show up on the island from DAYS past. ;)

From the past? Wow, I'm going to have read up on Days history since I'm not certain of who's passed away. I did read rumors that Patch or Kayla may show up. That would be great if they did! He had to grow on me but he finally did. I loved Kim and Shane too. All of the former super couples. Days sure had them back then. Neil and Liz. Now I'm showing my age. And you're wondering who the heck these characters are Garrett!!!

LOL at you Duckie. Kayla reminds me of Meg Ryan....:-)

Billie. I liked her character but now when I see the actress I can't get past her lips, which are huge! Will the same actress play Billie?

He's another I just loved, but she'd come between John and Marlena ultimately if allowed to come back - Isabella. So sweet and nice. But she 'died' if there's such a thing in soap land.

Good...I didn't like Lisa Rinna's lips either! Full lips can be a big plus. But TOO full? Ick!

I never really thought Kimberly (Patsy Pease) was all that to look at, but boy did they have some intense love scenes!

So, no Kim, eh?

Ooooh, wait...I just checked IMDB to see what she's been up to lately. Here years on DOOL are listed as: 1984-1990, 1991-1992, 1994, 1996-1998, 2002, 2003, 2004

Has she been popping back in and out or are they crediting her for flashbacks?

Kim and Shane love scenes? Oh yeah, big time! I remember a scene where he either carried her up that curved staircase or he ran up and found her in bed? I loved Kim and Shane together. Remember she was a former hooker and he didn't know that for a long time. You held your breath that when he found out, he'd leave her. Can't quite remember how he handled that bit of news but in the end they remained together didn't they? Remember his nasty daughter? She was the Step-child from h*ll for awhile there!!! LOL
