Ok, update...

My mexican food was delicious!!!

I had chips & hot sauce, a chalupa, a beef taco, guacamole, cheese enchiladas, a tamale, beans w/cheese & spanish rice.

I'm stuffed and the best thing is I've got a meal for tomorrow. I couldn't finish it!

YUMMY!!! :Fade-color

HOWEVER, THE BEST NEWS OF THE EVENING IS THE TEXAS LONGHORNS WON!!! THEY MAKE IT TO THE ELITE EIGHT!!! (first time ever!) :D

We didn't feel like making a big production: Corned beef hash mixed with scrambled eggs. Salad-out-of-a-bag on the side.

I made poitje-kos tonight. (South African dish) Layered stew cooked in a cast iron 3 legged pot...
For Dessert koeksisters. (like a doughnut batter soaked in homeade syrup)
