Ok, update...

My mexican food was delicious!!!

I had chips & hot sauce, a chalupa, a beef taco, guacamole, cheese enchiladas, a tamale, beans w/cheese & spanish rice.

I'm stuffed and the best thing is I've got a meal for tomorrow. I couldn't finish it!

YUMMY!!! :Fade-color

HOWEVER, THE BEST NEWS OF THE EVENING IS THE TEXAS LONGHORNS WON!!! THEY MAKE IT TO THE ELITE EIGHT!!! (first time ever!)

Domino's Large special here...two large pizzas, hot buffalo wings and two 2'liter Cokes, delivered directly to our door by a cute little high-school waif...("firehead" is still drooling...) :o

Friday night is pizza night at our house...the only place that delivers up here in these here woods is Dominos. I don't care for Dominos pizza, so I order the buffalo chicken kickers. mmmmmm :lol:

Darn track meets mess up my Lenten menu. Can't cook any seafood dinners. Had to settle for McDonald's Filet o Fish and fries.
