It is on the ITCZ, and I imagine the convergence along it has increased with the moisture. The wave is back towards the further E convection, according to the NHC. The convection this morning did look quite nice, but it wasn't centered near the wave mentioned by the NHC.

Convection make look impressive and very colorful and that atracts many people however not organized at this moment with convection mainly in the ITCZ and wave axis behind with a LLC is void of convection.

I didn't say there was nothing going on. Plenty of convectionless swirls have developed eventually in the Mid or Western Atlantic.
It's just nowhere near doing anything, not about to be INVEST 96L, and not as impressive as it looks if you're just looking at still IR pics.
The circulation is totally devoid of convection, still. The circulation is centered up at 15N.
The convection is not near the circulation.
And there's a HUGE amount of SAL in the circulation of the wave...huge outbreak of dust along the center and to the N of the wave.
It's just nowhere near doing anything, not about to be INVEST 96L, and not as impressive as it looks if you're just looking at still IR pics.
