I've seen variations within Pennsylvania. I'm gonna go with the way I learned to talk as a kid.

Pop
Fridge
Ice Chest
Kleenex
Celler
Couch
Crik
Over there
Constantly/steady both in their own use. Not interchangeable
gettin ready
carry a bag, pack a gun (just kidding about the gun)
number 1 in the family, take a leak by most peers
lunch was the noon meal, supper was the evening meal
watch tv
call the police
please, corner, quarter
theater, color
green pepper
glove compartment
custard, milkshake
water, wash, toilet
drinking fountain, red lights, close the door damn it (just kiding)
rubber band, baloney, slippy, Steelers
porch, turn off the light, "it's about an hour away"

Thought of a couple more:

Water heater or boiler?
