I feel almost normal today!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Food poisoning is NOT FUN, not to mention dangerous!

I hope you lose that "brick" soon Johnathan. I think a stomach ache is one of the worst things you can have.

Funny way to put it Johnathan - brick in the stomach. But it does feel like that! For some reason my youngest daughter picks viruses up like this so easily. So hang in there. We have our old trusty Tupperware bowl that's used for only one purpose now, keep 7up on hand along with Club Crackers (I love these when I'm quessy). Chicken soup and popsicles help ride it out too. Go easy on foods when you feel better. In a few days hopefully this will have passed. Bummer to feel this sick during the summer!
Karan - so sorry to hear you had food poisoning recently! Oh my, that can be very dangerous as Stephanie said. I'm sure you're going easy on foods right now too.
Since I have to watch what I eat carefully now, I'll tell you both a secret - the BRAT diet does help as you transition back to regular foods after you've been sick! B-bananas, R-rice (white, not whole grain), A-applesauce and T-toast (plain white bread is best).

Hope you get better soon. My thoughts & prayers go out to you for a speedy recovery.
I remember 3 years ago, I had a stomach ache for 3 days in a row, come to find out it was a bottle of coctail sauce that turned brownish. My mom contracted a stomache virus when I was in the 7th grade. It was so bad that she had to stay home. Good thing I ride the bus that time.

I have had the same thing my friend!! At first I thought it was residual effects from the anesthesia (still recovering from surgery) but I went to the docs yesterday and she said it was the virus that is going around........I am feeling better today though, still don't feel like eating, but not dizzy.
Hang tight bud, this too shall pass.......

Johnathan, it's been going around here, too,
my friend, but, I've managed to (*knock on wood)
escape it. Rest and rest and rest!
Karan, OMG! Chilean Sea Bass IS
poisonous, unless it is prepared, correctly!
It would have to be a 7-star restaraunt before
I would even think about eating it! Hope you're
better, too, gal!
