Hints of a Midlevel Circulation?

Although hauling butt off to the west, or perhaps just north of west, and still quite disorganized as it continues to fight the shear monster, the strong tropical wave in the Caribbean has shown hints of what looks to be a weak midlevel circulation during the past hour or so while reviewing the latest GOES vis sat loops... estimate the broad and "tough to find" center near 14.8 and 69.8

It will be interesting to watch tonight on the IR to see where the next big convective burst occurs. Maybe they will move the floater that has been following danielle? Looks as though the wave may be starting to slow down a little although that could just be the convection. The weak upper level high north of Haiti should keep it moving along towards the west at a good clip.

Any estimate as to the speed at which it is moving and in what general direction?

hmmmm, looking at the latest sat pixs, there is not a whole lot to know about it.... I guess right now its more about its "potential" than anything else....
