My previous post has some incorrectness to it.

Chilean sea bass is usually high in mercury
content. Preparedness does not affect that.
I went by an old tale, posted it, and, THEN
researched. My bad!!!

Johnathan - once you do start eating, are over being sick and have tried the brat diet foods, one good one to eat again is plain yogurt with live cultures (acidopholis). It restores good bacteria in your er, ummmm, system. To put it mildly! So keep that in mind when you feel better.

Oh MAN! Rainband...I now have Phase two!!! Vomiting...it's not my thing and I do not do it well. I even gave up being an active alcoholic over it.

So, I was feeling better today. Until I ATE. YUCK.

Now I even have a fever. Bummer... I always get every thing in parts.... wish I can just get it all at once and get it over with...

Feel better RAINBAND. I am right there with ya....

a sandwich should be okay. Yesterday I made myself a mushroom and cheese omelette... landed like a brick. I was not a happy camper an hour later. I don't think I'll eat anything today. Can't even THINK about it. I am going for clear soup and jello.
