I can't rub noses with the mods.

Being removed as a member from a site such as this, is not done lightly. Considerable slack is given to all, and warnings are issued, therefore if you get evicted, it is your own fault, nobody elses.
Go play somewhere else once you are shown the door and take it like a man (or a woman).

In all honesty friend....your post is both offensive and quite upsetting to me. Yes, I was "booted" from this forum last November, but was ALSO INVITED BACK by a Storm2k administrator (Chad) six months later. Even after Chad's gracious invitation to rejoin Storm2k, I decided to wait...allow issues in my personal life (grandmother's health; recent death of my uncle) to settle down. I didn't post here for over nine months.
I finally decided to accept Chad's invitation and re-register as Charley swirled in the Caribbean....because I saw it as a potentially dangerous hurricane, and a serious threat to the U.S. I didn't rejoin Storm2k to stir the pot, but instead to try and warn others of the impending threat; give advice that might save someone's life.
I sincerely hope most Storm2k members don't share your apparent animosity and loathing of folks like me who were banished but thankfully given a second chance. I take full responsibility for the actions that resulted in my "booting" last year, and am truly sorry it happened. I made a mistake...actually a series of mistakes due to extreme stress and depression. We are all human...we all make mistakes.
If others here share your belief that I shouldn't post here anymore....by all means please let me know. I don't want to cause anyone trouble or discord, especially not the administrators or moderators. I was perfectly happy posting my thoughts on other wx forums and my website, and only rejoined this forum August 9th because I thought I could be an asset, and believed I would be welcome. After reading your post this evening, I'm wondering if maybe I made a mistake...
Yours Truly,
Perry

I didn't like an email? I have no idea what you're talking about. I know absolutely nothing about any email regarding storm2k or any storm2k members or anything. I haven't a clue what you're referring to but you're 100% mistaken.
As for the banning of members, the admins make that decision and they don't make it lightly. As duckie pointed out, you likely do not know the whole story when a person is banned. I'm assuming by several people you mean the person who used 3 usernames to keep joining in less than 24 hours.

mf_dolphin wrote:Before a user is banned there is always a warning given by an Administrator via PM. Those that listen are welcome. Those that don't get the boot. We have a one warning policy and we enforce it
