Hi, I'm new to Storm2k and I'd just like to say it is a great site. 8-) I've learnt a lot from it and the posters here. Thanks!

In the tropics, it looks like 96L will probably be upgraded at 5:00, and if not that soon, then almost certainly by tomorrow morning. I may be wrong, though.

Welcome, James. 96L will almost surely be upgraded at 5:oo pm. As to where she goes, I think it's too early to tell.
