I have mixed feelings about this topic now. I can understand why j started it - it's very frustrating watching someone formerly banned, come back under new names, time and time again. But starting a topic like this one just gives them another outlet to voice their complaints, when they can voice them one of two ways - PM the Admin. or Mod or email the Admin. Simple as that. By complaining on and on about comments made to them on other threads, gets redundant. I'm losing my patience with members like Phil. You either follow the rules here and behave, or you're not permitted to remain a member here. That sounds clear to me! I do think there are people in life that just want to stir up trouble 24/7. We can't get thru to those folks (perfect example? Our resident trouble maker on TWC boards and in Chat, Johnny).

None of this is directed at you Kevin, please know that. I do however wish you'd settle any remaining differences you have with Chad and Marshall, privately. Who said what, to whom, has nothing to do with me and 99.9% of the membership here at S2K. I want you to stay here and become an active member of the family! Sincerely mean that.....

I agree with you Mary about the proper way to voice complaints, but the fact of the matter is, THEY don't follow that rule or ANY rule!

Sure...I knew by posting this that the offenders would be all over it like flies on s**t, but what better way to bring everybody up to speed on why this is happening and the exhaustive attempts by the mods and admins to halt it? The rantings and ravings of the gulity parties should serve evidence to their immaturity.

Like I said originally. I get banned for any reason..I'm gone and you won't see me again because I'm the only one to blame.

j - I'm glad that you posted this as well. It's always nice to get support from the members. I asked the staff last night if perhaps this should be moved BECAUSE of the "banned" members having a field day in here, but we all felt it should stay. It is an important topic.

It's like your afraid to post anything because of tilting the sensitivity scale with the admins. I just wish they could have an even playing field. That is all.

Yeah...I was somewhat afraid of saying the stuff I've said in this thread. Although I certainly didn't think I was saying anything bannable, it's hard to tell around here. Every time I came back here the last couple of days I've been worried that I might have been banned again. They didn't warn me or notify me last time, so I have no reason to believe they would if I were banned again.
IMO a board is not being run fairly when a member posts something that (s)he doesn't feel is against the rules and still has to worry about being banned and not finding out about the banning until the next time (s)he returns to the board.
I think I've said enough on this topic and I won't post again in this thread unless someone asks me a direct question.

I need a wall to bang my head against. It's so simple but so hard to understand. Rules are Rules ...Break the rules =consequence.... by no means Rocket Science. I broke them and Lost my Position here for 3 months, there are no exceptions The rules apply to everyone and will be enforced.
