Hey- it says "Frances" now on the models

So I guess it will be upgraded at 5pm.

Hello Frances, how are you doing today? Making any plans for a visit to the Carolinas? How about Florida, I hear it's lovely in Florida come September. Keep us posted as to your travel plans and we'll do all we can to accomodate you. Just don't be like your cousin Charley, though. He was a pain in the !@## and we will not tolerate that in the future. So, enjoy your stay, Frances, where ever you may be going. Keep in touch.

If I lived anywhere in the eastern Caribbean from Barbados north I would be doing my pre-storm shopping. People always wait till the last minute when the storms make the headlines.

All the Caribbean Island should be getting prepared, if it isn't Frances then look behind it. The Islands could be the target for the next system.
