TD #7 is forming...

200 miles west of Charleston, recent base reflectivity and satellite imagery clearly makes evident a mid-level circulation that has formed and is working down to the surface. Outflow looks favorable for development. TD #7 may likely be issued by the either at 5pm or 8pm this evening.
