Prolonged Rain event?

#1 Postby Tip » Fri Aug 27, 2004 3:12 pm

If the Atlantic ridge is as strong as forecasted, it will force TD/TS 07 westward into the southeast creating the first rain event. Fances would then approach with another round of tropical rain maybe in the same area. This could get real ugly.

I would have to agree, TD 7 could be a substancial rainfall producer for the SC and GA coast and stretching north and westward into the Columbia SC area and the Savannah River Valley. TD 7 along with a cold front could spell a rainy next few days for the south.
