This storm has potential to do some non wind related damage such as flooding with rivers in the eastern nc area already running above flood stage because of charley we definately don't need a system to hover around us for 36 hours. The local mets are saying anywhere from 3- 6 inches dependent upon speed. They are also saying conditions just off of our and south carolina's coast are right for strenthening who knows will see.
