Andrew was one too many for South Florida. Maybe if we just say to ourselves over and over that Frances will pull a Floyd and turn away at the last second, it actually could. But then SC/NC would be in its path which isnt good either.

It's not looking good for the United States as a whole. Especially being a Cat. 4 or 5.....
