This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Believe me if that pressure were true you would have the NHC and everyone on this board falling over in shock shoveling buckets of crow down their gullets!

It's wrong. Pressure is 1012 mb as of the 8pm advisory.

958 mb is the pressure of a Category Three(a little stronger than Frances right now).

They continue to put this situations in which they make a fool of themselves. This by any reasons should not happen. I don't know what is happening with the TWC.

I lost faith in that site last year. This is the place to be if you ask me. TWC internet site is soooo commercialized. Here you get the nitty gritty scientific stuff. That stuff where you read it and you understand maybe 50 percent of what they're saying. lol I thought the corporate world had too many acronyms. Sheesh.

LOL!

The proof of mistakes can easily be done. One thing was to do it and not post it to their site.

No surprise

#15 Postby Stormcenter » Fri Aug 27, 2004 9:56 pm

That does not surprise ne one bit. All the Weather Channel is nothing more than commercials and storm stories. Someone should get fired for that mistake.
