Anyone remember that song years ago about short people? Guy with the last name of Newman, I think???

It was 6'4" Randy Newman. I remember getting kinda upset when that song was a hit back in the 70's....of course, my lack of height was a much bigger deal whenI was in high school than it is now.
For example, the pediatrician now estimates my eight year old niece will be 5'10"...and my two little nephews 6'4" and 6'2" respectively. I'm actually looking forward to being called "uncle Shorty"

6 ft even...

My Dad is 5'10"..but he had brothers who were all 6'3" and bigger. My mom is short maybe 5'2"....My dad is an athlete...in his day he was 150 and could bench 300...taller then my dad, but not as athletic.

If I were 6'10"...I would be the white guy on the end of the bench for some team in the NBA. I played HS bball, but was a crappy guard at 6 ft...can shoot the lights out, just not quick.

5' 9" for me. Used to be one of the shortest boys in my class at school until I had a growth spurt in 9th and 10th grades. Now it is just my weight that is climbing! :(

Let's see.....how tall???.....

If I'd answered this question in the 60's or 70's.....I would say 5'8"

Unfortunately......now my height is 5'4"..........

(It's tough gettin' older....but when you think of the alternative, it's not so bad!)..........p

I'm short. 5'2 tall here. My dad is 6'2 and my mom is 4'11 - I'm the shortest of 4 kids.
