TWC just broadcast a report from the SC beach that several people and their kids were swimming in the high surf.

Sigh.

Don't fret. It's good for America's gene pool. We may catch up with those pesky Japanese yet. ;)

One day we all might have to go to work and live our normal lifes around hurricanes. :( Like with my wife was told to stay near the beach if a BIG hurricane comes so they can open the fast food restaurant fast as possible.Money talks and peoples lifes mean nothing.Sad but true.

Latest report, the woman said that a lifeguard came out, told them to get the funk out of the water and proceeded to put up a red flag.

And then MORE people came to play in the water. I'm a big fan of Darwinism so I'm not fretting, but I do have a problem with adults making poor decisions for minors.

Well, if you're a big fan of Darwinism you're going to have to get past that feeling of concern for the children. Those children have the same genes as their parents, so if Darwinism selects their parents for extinction they, by default, should be selected too. Normally it isn't too much of a problem, because stupid people tend to seek eachother out in this world, marry, and reproduce. But every once in a while you get a really good-looking stupid person and a really intelligent person who might have self-esteem issues, and then--BAM--before you know it the whole gene pool is shot to hell.

Let Darwinism do its job. Its better for all of us in the end. ;)

Heh, I'd just prefer Darwin get the adults before they reproduce.

Anyway. Back to plotting storms.
