If current NHC projected path holds ...will there be mass evacuations in Florida like for Floyd due to uncertainty of track?

I am thinking the same thing. If the the forcast moves even 50 miles west in 4 days it will be real close call

An argument against such large scale evacuations as Floyd caused
would be that this is a much smaller storm in size. Not sure if that would be a consideration though. (??)
