Yeah, Terrebone parish has seen it's share of storm in History (this is where Houma is for those of you who don't know). I have a home in Dulac and it was almost destroyed from meesly tropical storm Bill last year. The water rises at the drop of a hat.

Walter Mastrie is the worst. 25 feet of water and no one in the area for 10- 12 months. Ridiculous

Did anyone else catch Bob's slip? He said "when it gets in the gulf." He went back and corrected himself though.

And some of ya'll may remember that good ole Nash did it without the internet, without computers, and in many cases, without worldwide satellite coverage. He used a whiteboard with a grease pencil to annotate his tracks, and drew them while he was live on the air. Most computer-generated graphics were not even conceived yet!! Because of Nash Roberts, we knew what most storms were "actually" gonna do long before many others. Didn't he have a brother in WX too??

If Frances gets into the gulf, I would feel better if I saw Nash and his markers! :)
