Tempers flaring already

#1 Postby alicia-w » Mon Aug 30, 2004 5:21 pm

I know the next few days will be tense for some, a relief for others. And we all know that there are some folks out there who will make some of the most outlandish comments we can imagine. Why? Because they know it will elicit a response. So remember what your mother told you: if you cant say anything nice, dont say anything at all. (Actually, MY mother NEVER said that. She taught us something else entirely...)

Seriously, there is a lot of information and wisdom to share without getting into urinary olympics.

I've never heard the term "urinary olympics". But it'll fit right in with other witty terms like "anal extraction" and "atmospheric extraction". Thanks! :D

Must be an AF thing. We have an office full of fighter pilots and we also use it to describe their testosterone-filled hissy fits.

Charley just missed me an now it looks like my folks might get nailed by Frances.

It's nice to have somewhere to come for information, and I appreciate it very much.
