Classic satellite loop

#1 Postby WXBUFFJIM » Tue Aug 31, 2004 8:35 am

Good morning everybody. I just wanted to check in to send a url link of Frances. http://www.rap.ucar.edu/weather/satelli ... &itype=vis

The center of this picture shows Puerto Rico with the eye of the hurricane just northeast of there and I mean barely. What a close call for San Juan. The hurricane itself is a huge monster and I wouldn't be shocked to see lower pressure and potentially a category 5 later on today with this monster.
