Recon is still in there. I don't know if it's the same plane, a new one, or what. Maybe we'll see another VDM soon. Frances is probably becoming a Cat 5 as we speak. The CDO is now symettric, the eye is circular and clear, and cloud tops continue to cool. She's still continuing on a 280 heading from my best estimates.
