Nope, that's Francis Ford Coppola.

Remember, there's an "I" in "him" and "Francis."
There's an "E" in "her" and "Frances." :)

The true gender of this storm will be determined in the end by the amount of damage this thing causes. Early indications is that this is a male storm. It is not a coincidence that over the past 15-20 years, the storms which have caused the most damage had strong male names...Andrew, Hugo, Charley, Fran, Opal, Mitch, Bob, Gilbert (I refuse to put Georges among this group)

Sorry, but Fran in 1996 and Opal in 1995 were both female names. Fran came after Edouard and Opal came before Pablo. lol

you'd think with the word "france" in the name we could just declare war on the storm and it would high tail back out into the ocean.

frances is definately a pretty woman.

Male storms (maelstroms) are so obvious... the female ones (Camille) pack more punch per pound.
