Local stations now saying Melbourne/Palm Bay area...

#1 Postby dolphinslady » Wed Sep 01, 2004 1:15 pm

When an hour ago it was St. Lucie/IR County. So I think they've pretty much named every county so far along the Florida's east coast as a possible 'target'. The mets on the different stations are enough to drive anyone crazy.

I realize noone knows exactly where she will make landfall, it's just all frustrating.

Off to mow...lol!

Josephine, don't say that! Your success rate is too high. I can remember how few believed you when you predicted Charley to hit Kissimmee .....

A hurricane has not hit N. Fla since 1894.........so figure the odds!

Hurricane Dora came ashore near Jacksonville as a category 3 hurricane in 1964.
