Frances will make 2 major Hurricanes to hit FL this year, with the peak of the Hurricane season just starting and two strong wave coming off the African coast will Florida see a third major Hurricane??

I HATE to say this, but in a way, it may have been a GOOD THING that Charley came through a few weeks ago. I think it helped to open everyone's eyes and made them take the situation seriously. OBVIOUSLY, the loss of life in Charley wasn't good, but if it helps to save a few more lives in Frances, then so be it.
