This is 13 hours. She can always turn back west but this will at least cause a slight shift up the coast. One other thing, I've been reluctant to even raise this issue but has anyone ever heard of "busting the ridge"? The ridge is there to the north but very elongated it seems. Right now FRANCES is driving right into it. Thoughts ?? I'm still thinking FL but just a bit further north than present NHC track btw.
