Coming out of lurkdom (came in here pre-Charley) and live on the west edge of Seminole County (30 mi nw of Orlando)
As a note, used to lurk on the gopbi.com hurricane board and as a cox employee (who owns gopbi) used to update the coordinates on that site and help out with hurricane photo gallery.
Notice some familiar names here - especially dixiebreeze, whose handle I used in a google search to find Storm2k
Praying for all in Frances' path.

I live in Lakeland, in Polk county that got hit kind of hard by H. Charley recently. This is not my favorite way to start a vacation with a hurricane bearing down on us.

Wow didn't realize so many from FL on this board
I really hope you all make it through okay and make the smart decision to at least evac away from the coast if you live within 5 miles of it or so. Also for those who may be in the Right front Quad but far from the center (say 80-100 miles) please don't forget about tornados with this storm. The remnants of Gaston in VA also caused 18 tornados in southeast VA in addition to the massive flooding in Richmond. Most are weak F0, F1 but any tornado regardless of strength is dangerous.
People often forget about twisters that hurricanes often spin up.
