If 3 frames doesnt indicate a turn, then what does ONE FRAME indicate?

THe point is that Fran is spinning in place at this time

ok, its not turning, or wobbling, its HOOKING left. How's that sit with everyone? I'm convinced now, looking at this loop, its hooking left, overall, during the whole period of this loop.

At this rate looks like it ends up somewhere around the Broward/WPB county line.

I don't know that it's exactly turning west, but it's been interesting to watch all these wobbles the past couple of days. These little wobbles add up, it seems, when it comes to where Frances will actually make landfall.

There is no doubt that Frances has turned more westward from the track she was on earlier today. She was moving NNW at times...although very slow. Ay some points...if you extrapolated her movements out she would hit NC.

But everyone (but hurricane lover) knew that wasn't going to happen. She is now hitting the risge to her north and the track is at about 300...instead of the occasional 330-340 earlier.

So...it is a turn back to the west...but not 270 or even 285...its 300.
