Ormond Beach, FL (just north of Daytona Beach). Relative calm in this area. We are assuming that we are not going to take a direct hit, but prepared nonetheless (cause you know the verbage about assumptions!!) :roll:

SW Orlando. I started lurking here back when I was still living in NJ watching Isabelle. Great board. Now that I've been through my first real hurricane with Charley, I'm not eager to be in one again...thanks..

Melbourne/Palm Bay... where we hosted Jim Cantore today!

I know we will be in the right front quadrant... but I would rather be in a strong, well-stocked home than out on the freeway with no gas stations having any fuel to sell (many were out of gas by this morning... and at least one bank was out of cash!)
