Wonder Why
NHC is using "400 KM...EAST-SOUTHEAST OF THE FLORIDA LOWER EAST COAST"as a reference point instead of a city like they do most of the times.Could this be because they are not sure exact which part of the Fla lower EC is going to have landfall & they are just being a little vague about this keep everyone alert.
