Just my opinion but I think she is not on the upswing yet. check out a WV loop and notice dry air right of to her west.

I do not disagree with future stregthening, in fact, I suspect that is the most likely outcome ATT. Just do not see it happening quite yet. In fact when (if) it occurs it will more then likely be a slow and tedious process thus strengthen back beyond a moderate CAT 3 is not likely though not impossible. On the other hand, if WV imagery continues to look like this she may struggle to hold her own.
