deadly flooding may happen in the same place floyd flooded. i am afraid a disaster is in the works.

i am worried. frances is not turning and everyone is saying the ridge is gone. this may turn due north at any time

What are you talking about? In the satellite it is clearly turning west. Also, the projected path takes it up to GA. So the flooding should affect GA,TN,KY, and maybe even OH.

weakness in ridge. frances will move right through it. with no trough to the west frances should be moving west, but its not.

Thats not in the forecast..Stick with NHC for a change you have been off all year.
