i'm not sure about the best...however i looked online and found several you can try:
1230am---a talk radio station (no longer streaming online though)
103.1fm
92.7fm WZZR
and 90.7 WXEL

WESH from Orlando still has a live webcast of their ongoing coverage (http://www.wesh.com), click on the link that say's "watch live."
