Wow!
Just on TV, not printed.
I'm becoming impressed.
Landfall just south of MLB!
Near 5pm Saturday.
Hurricane force winds 95-100mph in Osceola County 6-8 hours.
Ugly.

Sorry, no solid current internet link.

Yes he has been making some pretty bold statements that no one else has been making. I hope he's wrong, but he better hope he's right cause he's hypin a little bit and if he turns out to be wrong there go the ratings :-P

Tom Terry is the same met who called Charley turning in more south than the NHC forecast. And he was right.

A meteorologist from Oklahoma (Tom Terry) can forecast Florida weather better than a meteorologist from Michigan [Detroit] (Tom Sorrells).

Think he is just guessing. How can you detemine that when A. There is no movement and B. Since the storm is weaker it is getting steered by the more Easterly flow and lastly C. Why isn't he working at NHC. I'm confidant NHC saw Charley heading Easterly too but didn't have the minute by minute blow by blow like the local weather guy. They made the mistake of just stiicking by their advisory times.
