Umm.... no. 90 kt still supports a hurricane, maybe even a Cat 2. Pressure supports borderline 2/3.

The winds at flight level actually haven't dropped today, the NHC has been forced to lower them.

I have steel shutters on my windows. Half the city is closed. Monday night's football game is postponed. I might as well at least get a show.
