Frances Moving

Just looking at the inrared and visible, Frances looks she may be trying to begin to move again and pretty much Due West or a little North of West.

That's a stall folks. Watch for a crazy track and reintensification.


Storm is being sheared from the west by dry air.


Archives show plenty of crazy wanderers off this coast that went back to major.


Watch progress of approaching CONUS troughs...

Sheesh...at this rate, we'll be measuring her rate of speed as "feet per hour"! Good thing alot of folks in FL have boats....with the rain she'll dump at her c-r-a-w-l-i-n-g speed, they'll need them!

Except that rain is on her dried out side.


Also see NW drift. Storm should break differently from stall, but not guaranteed...
