You can't see the center well on that radar, it's way on the right edge of the image. Clear, but slow, WNW motion is quite evident to me. Recon confirms this. There is no SE movement.

Since its so far out the radar beam is at a high angle and therfore cannot see all of the rain; Just the rain associated with taller cloud tops.
