Why the warnings???

Why are we getting warnings near Bonita Beach? Is Frances exspected to exit near us? There are a few of us who are very curiouse and nervouse over here after seeing what happend to Orlando after Charley!

It's not an exact science. Forecast tracks aren't 100% accurate. Therefore, unfortunately, NHC is forced to post warnings for very large areas.

It's because of the tropical storm wind field. It's not going to be a Charley.

Orlando had 100 mph winds, this will be winds probably of 50-60 mph at worst.
