Well, there is one good scientific aspect to this. We can get a good sense of Gulf Stream boosting from a declining storm. This storm is obviously on the decline. Its slow track across the Gulf Stream will give us an idea of exactly what its storm boosting qualities are...

Kevin, people are not use to seeing the vortex message presented that way, but its much easier to read...at least to me.....

you were looking for a Z time in the message as it usually comes in with...

I probably should have stated it was a translation prior to posting....
