Does anyone here use a "water" pillow? If so, do they help? I wake up in the morning w/headaches and stiff necks alot. Someone suggested a "water" pillow. Don't want to buy one till I get some feed back first from people who use them.
Thanks,
Pillows

I didn't know they made "water" pillows either, bre. A co-worker told me one of his relatives has one. Here is a link to them.

I have neck problems from hell and have recently switched to a pillow made by Sharper Image...the same people that make the Ionic breeze. It looks like any other standard heat-sensitive foam neck support pillow but trust me...its different. Its costly but worth it as I'm not suffering from the neck pain I was. It stays cool, its not hard like the competition out there..you just have to try it to know what I mean. I have 2 of the competitors pillows out there and they suck!

Under personal care, go to bed and bath and you'll find it from there. Mind you, the website price is 69.99, but my wife picked this up in a Sharper Image outlet store in Atlanta for half that.
Good luck
