New ETA: Frances SW 20mi Jog before NW track to north of WPB

The track is still with the consensus, only the time table is a littel different. The ETA shows Frances driffting southwesterly a little, before heading back to the NW for a landfall just north of West Palm...

hhhm that is very odd, and can't be too acurate... it takes it almost 20+ miles SW before resuming the NW trend.

If this does occur i can see mass chaos and frustration in Miami-Dade, and Broward Counties... lol
