New GFDL... Dade, and Broward still get Cat1 winds...

This is interesting to see... The GFDL, has Frances Strengthening and increasing in size enough that with its westerly track over northern west palm county, Dade and Broward would still recieve at least some hurricane force winds.

Almost 12 hours of them...
