...SPIRAL BAND WITH HURRICANE FORCE GUSTS REACHING THE SOUTHEAST FLORIDA COAST...

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWS A BAND OF SQUALLS WITH WIND GUSTS OF 75 TO 80 MPH MOVING RAPIDLY TOWARD THE SOUTHWEST AT 50 MPH ACROSS THE ATLANTIC WATERS OFF PALM BEACH COUNTY. A MEASURED WIND GUST TO 93 MPH WAS OBSERVED IN FREEPORT WHEN THIS RAINBAND MOVED THROUGH. THE LEADING EDGE OF THIS SQUALL WILL AFFECT THE ENTIRE COAST, AS WELL AS, THE METROPOLITAN AREAS OF PALM BEACH
