Thanks Derek
the updates on Ivan are appreciated especially since we know how busy you are with frances right now.
We in the islands are watching Ivan carefully and wishing FLorida all the best in dealing with frances.

I'm actually much more concerned about Ivan affecting me than anything serious from Frances.

As for you, you should be fine from Ivan since it is at such a low lat. This looks to be more of a Windward Island storm

Thanks for Ivan update Derek. Been trying to keep an eye on Ivan but not much is being reported on him yet, so your reports are much appreciated.

I know Florida is still dealing with Frances, but looks like another major hurricane(Ivan) will be headed in the general direction of Florida. This one is more likely to scoot just south of Florida and enter the GOM. Interesting days ahead.
