First feeder band into Sarasota

Breeze has picked up, clouds have rolled in, and first drops of rain from Frances are being felt. High wind warnings issued for Tampa's airport.

Scogor, probably no flying anyway -- LAX shut down by explosion, delaying air traffic nationwide.

it was a flashlight battery going through security that exploded. Only parts of LAX closed.
