Anyone think Frances could bomb?
To me, the satellite presentation is looking better with each frame...the eye is gradually contracting and has even appeared (though with a broken eyewall structure) on infrared...I just think Frances could really start to intensify over the next few hours...what do ya think?

not a chance....it looks terrible on sat, warm cloudtops......pressure is up to 962.....center of circulation is much too large to expect any significant quick strengthening.
id look for her to maintain her 95mph winds (recon reality for nhc fudging) up to landfall.

It looks like she's doing this extratropical type of thing that many storms do when they ride up the atlantic. The coldest cloudtops keep chasing a dry slot (like a dog chasing its tail), but never completely wraps around. She looks like one of those in my opinion and they don't usually strengthen rapidly. Just a note...i know she isn't extratropical i was just comparing.
