Street level zooming radar

hey, was just wondering if anyone knew of any good radar viewing programs which allowed street level zooming (such as imported .shp files)...i saw one person talk about a program GRW88 Level 3..and that program is pretty good...but i was wondering if there were any other programs that had this.

The only ones I'm aware of are at Accuweather, but they are premium services. I'm also not certain of ther granulariy, as to street level.

yes, Ive looked at accuweathers..its like 40 bucks..haha...no thank you!! :D
