yes..the 951 reading looks like a questionable one considering winds havent changed and pressure is still 960...been holding steady at 960 +/- 1 or 2 for a long time now if you discount the 951......winds have also very consistently a 95-100kts flight level.

Ummm....had an idea this was going to happen. It just wasn't possible for the storm to strengthen all that much in 2 hours without major convection around the center...
