Am I reading this right? The center is located at 27.02N 79.31 W? The 8 pm advisory had her at 27.0 N 79.4W - so essentially stationary?

There is another entire thread on this. It was a mistake. First it said 951, then they said no it should be 957 and now they're saying, no that was wrong too, it's 960.

Strength is not as important now as speed.Shes nearly parked her Texas sized butt off the coast of Florida.The longer she hangs around,the worse for Florida
